Shipping within India

At Kalyan Gems, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India. We ensure your precious gemstones are delivered securely and promptly through trusted courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart, and others. For deliveries to remote or rural areas where these courier companies do not operate, we utilize the reliable services of the Indian Postal Service.

International Shipping

Kalyan Gems proudly ships to over 70 countries, leveraging our robust payment and shipping partnerships. For international orders, shipping charges are applied as per the destination and service. We collaborate with esteemed courier providers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to guarantee the safe delivery of your gemstones. All international shipments are fully insured, with the insurance cost included in the shipping fee, ensuring peace of mind without any additional charges.

Dispatch Time

The time required to prepare your order depends on whether you request additional certification from a laboratory of your choice, in addition to the Reputed Laboratory Certificate we provide. Typically, it takes 1-7 days to obtain this additional certification.

If the gemstone you are purchasing has already been certified by us, it will be shipped on the same or the next day.

Delivery Time

Metro Cities (India) : 2-7 Days

Other Cities (India) : 5-7 Days

International Orders : 5 – 10 Days (or more depending upon the destination)

Order/Shipment Tracking

You can easily track your order with the Tracking ID we provide via email once your order has been dispatched.

Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India)

Please be informed that Kalyan Gems is not liable for any customs charges, duties, VAT, or other taxes that may be imposed by your country. These charges vary and are beyond our control. However, we are committed to providing full support and cooperation, drawing from our extensive experience in international shipping. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Currently, there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe. In other countries, import duties typically range around 1%. Professional buyers may also be eligible to recover VAT. For precise information, we recommend reaching out to your local customs authorities.

For international orders that are refused or cancelled by the customer after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all customs duties and VAT imposed by their country to return the items to us. Any refunds due to the customer, minus all applicable fees, customs duties, and VAT, will be processed once we receive the returned item, according to our refund policy timeline.


 

Returns Policy

Easy & Transparent 7-Day Return Policy

At Kalyan Gems, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect product.
  • If the gemstone is verified as synthetic or artificial by any approved and reputed gemological institute, you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange.

Please note, returns or exchanges will not be accepted if you are dissatisfied with the design, size, or color after delivery. We encourage you to make a well-considered decision before completing your purchase.

Damages resulting from neglect or improper usage are not covered under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please notify us via email at support@kalyangems.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include pictures of the damaged or incorrect products to help our team assess the issue. The approval of the return will be at the discretion of the Kalyan Gems team.

Once we receive your email and our Quality Control team authorizes the return, please return the items to us in their original condition. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are not responsible for returns if we are not notified within this timeframe.

For your protection, we recommend making an unboxing video of the received order to support any claims for damaged or missing items. When returning items, please avoid using terms such as “Precious,” “Gemstones,” or “Jewellery” on the package, as this may attract unnecessary attention and could lead to theft.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Since gemstones are expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
